** What can I expect in my box?
Each month a fun and tasty collection will be specially chosen with your special bird in mind. Toys, treats, & practical items that help promote and maintain a healthy bird will be included in every box. You can be reassured that only safe and quality items will be included. We’re sure you and your friend will have hours of fun with the For the Birds Box! If you choose the Chirp Box, your bird will receive 3-4 items. If you choose the Chatter Box, your bird will receive 5-7 items. If you choose the Squawk Box, your bird will receive 8-9 items.
Remember, toys and treats are always top quality and bird-safe! The value of your box will always be greater than your cost…a super deal!!
** Payments
Your purchase is safely transacted using the latest secure technology. At the time of purchase your card will be run for either one month’s box or the 4 Month Plan, according to your initial order. Recurring payments will be processed 30 days after your initial shipment Monthly shipments may be canceled at any time simply by contacting us no later than the first of the month for that month’s shipment. If cancellation is not received by the first, your subscription will cancel the following month and the current month’s box will be shipped as scheduled.
** Shipping & Returns
Most boxes are shipped via USPS and the shipping is always free!
We make every effort to ensure your bird’s delight and satisfaction with our box. Please be advised that for health reasons we have a no return policy. However, if your package is damaged, please contact us and we will be happy to make it right.
